As an Opera Prelude Young Artist, Magnus performs in ‘Storace and Soane: Icons and Influencers at the Turn of the 19th Century’. In this performance opera conductor Lewis Gaston, and Shafali Jalota, soprano, Magnus Walker, tenor, Lewis Gaston and Thomas Ang on piano will explore the unexpected friendship between one of the greatest English architects, Sir John Soane and star soprano Nancy Storace, the English prodigy who inspired one of Mozart's greatest operatic characters in a narrated concert of two 45 minute Acts, either side of an interval.
